Around this time I became fascinated with fireworks labels. Black Cat brand is very common, but I love the way little cat heads in white are all over each dark grey firecracker in the package, held together with red ribbon, so lighting one fuse sets them all off. These potentially lethal items are marketed as colorful and fun. Yet if used incorrectly, serious damage can result. A bit like life? |
